9. Gallion Peak. The high point towers over the bay of Scott’s Head. It’s the best spot to watch the sunset in Dominica.
8. Sulphur Springs. Situated in a village across Trafalgar Valley, it is one of the top reasons to visit Dominica.
7. Glassy Trail. It meanders through the east coast of Dominica and into the rainforest. The trail provides stunning views of the coastline.
6. Trafalgar Waterfall. Consisting of a pair of falls, it offers climbing and swimming OPPORTUNITIES.
5. Chaudiere. Located northeast of Dominica, the trail passes through a rainforest and leads to a stunning river pool.
4. Emerald Pool. The grotto has a small waterfall on its side and looks magical. However, cruise ship passengers often spoil its beauty. To get a better view of this enchanting tourist spot, you should visit when the cruise ship is not docked on the port.
3. Middleham Falls. It is the most beautiful waterfall in Dominica. The hike leading to it is equally breathtaking because the forest that surrounds it has a myriad of orchids and ferns. Middleham is 150 feet tall and dives into a clear water pool. It can be reached from the villages of Laudat or Cochrane.

2. Ti Tou Gorge. At this point, hot and cold water form into a lukewarm waterfall. Not only is it beautiful but it’s also the best place to wash off mud after hiking to the Boiling Lake.
1. Boiling Lake. Undeniably the best attraction in Dominica, it is a 3- to 4-hour hike over forests, ridges, and rivers. What makes it beautiful is the steam hovering over it.  Boiling lake is the second largest active thermal lake in the world.
