Nationale-Nederlanden building in Prague, Czech Republic. The building is more known as the Dancing House – it indeed looks like in motion! One of its architects has also called it Fred and Ginger, referring to dancing Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.
The Dancing House definitely stands out in the Prague’s cityscape: the capital of Czech Republic is famous for Baroque, Gothic and Art Nouveau buildings. However, this new construction, built in 1996, has become quite popular as it looks so modern and surreal, especially with a metal decoration topped on the roof, calledMedusa.
Why to go there?
You can see it from the outside, as well as from the inside: the fancy Celeste Restaurant in the building welcomes everyone.
When to go there?
The weather is the most pleasant in summer.
How to get there?
