Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. The former capital of a kingdom, Jodhpur today is one of the biggest and most populated cities in Rajasthan. It is also the favorite tourist destination for its many castles, temples, forts, museums and its picturesque bluish houses.
Situated in the Thar desert Jodhpur was featured in such films like The Dark Knight Rises and The Fall due to its architecture and landscapes. Tourists also love discovering the spice markets, fabrics and handcrafts in this historic city.

One of the most interesting and beautiful cities in India, owning historic and cultural importance.
When to go there?
The three day Desert Kite Festival is held on 14th January, Jodhpur Marwar Festival is held during the full moon between September and October, the second biggest fair in India Nagaur Fair takes place between January and February for eight days.
How to get there?
Easily accessible by plane from Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Udaipur, train and comfortable bus from the bigger Indian cities.
