Chipata, Zambia
Largely untravelled, Chipata is a bustling hub of African culture in Zambia. As the capital of the Eastern Province, it is full of colourful fruit and vegetable markets and amazing traditional and local delicacies. Visitors can trek up Kanjala Hill for inspiring views of the town.
