Gulf Air Launches Black Falconflyer Card




Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has launched a new, premium, black tier Falconflyer loyalty programme card - introducing a host of new benefits for its most elite level of frequent flyer programme members and supplementing the programme’s existing Blue, Silver and Gold loyalty program tiers.
The black tier Falconflyer card will give cardholders, during its 2 year validity period, access to a superior and exclusive range of benefits including 25kg excess baggage allowance, complimentary upgrades to Falcon Gold class and no redemption charges for cancellations or booking changes. Additionally, the black card comes with the unique one-off ability to allow members to offer a selected person with a complimentary Falconflyer Gold tier card.
Commenting on the airline’s newest Falconflyer offering, Gulf Air Acting Chief Commercial Officer Mr. Ahmed Janahi said: “We are delighted, today, to launch this new initiative, a premium membership level that not only rewards our valued Gulf Air Falconflyers for their loyalty but also gives the airline’s premium fliers access to premium rewards.”

Gulf Air’s Falconflyer loyalty programme, pioneered by the airline two decades ago, boasts over a million members across 100countries around the globe.
