Britain Tour Guide

The Lake District, England

Situated on the rugged Coast in Dorset, this beautiful bay has a shingle beach and high limestone cliffs when visiting you need to be aware of rockfalls and landslides which quite often happen during springtime.

The Isle of Man, Self-governing British Crown Dependency
These ancients lands have a history dating back to 6500 BC, the island is situated in the middle of the Irish sea in between the British mainland and Ireland and is under it’s own control with queen Elizabeth holding the title “Lord of Mann. In more recent times it has become famous for the most prestigious and dangerous motor cycling event in the world the International Isle of Man TT which has been responsible for over 240 deaths since it’s conception.

This impressive natural structure consists of around 40,000 interlocking basalt columns resulting from ancient volcanic eruptions. It has been declared as a World Heritage site and the fourth greatest natural wonder in the United Kingdom.

Many mysteries surround this lake with stories dating back over 1000 years of people seeing the central island as floating and moving through the ages although there is no geographical proof that the island has ever changed it’s location.
