The Algarve area is the most popular tourist destination in all of Portugal. It’s located in the south of the country and borders the Atlantic Ocean. The area is well visited, especially during the summer season, in which some towns can even be called very crowded. The high rock formations, beautiful beaches and charming coastal area is loved by many and an ideal location to spend your holiday. Last time I visited I was really impressed and promised myself I would for sure come back for another holiday in this area. Tip: check out some of the villa’s for rent just a few kilometers from the coast, they area a bit cheaper then those located right at the beach and you’ll be exploring the region anyway.
