All nationalities will receive 90 days entry on arrival.
The only exemptions are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Somalia. They will have to arrange a visa in advance. China passport holders may enter without a visa if they have a US green card.
People from Cuba must have an invitation prior to entering
