Taroko National Park, Taiwan | Known for its ancient mountains and memorizing marble caves, Taroko National Park is Taiwan’s most stunning national park. The Eternal Spring Shrine, which features the Changchun Shrine and cascading waterfalls, is among the park’s most photographed sites, but hiking the Shakadang Trail is equally impressive. Those who prefer to drive can consider the Jiuqudong (Tunnel of Nine Turns) Trail, which passes through the park’s spectacular carved gorges, but be warned that the trail is incredibly steep and the lane incredibly narrow
