Baggage Weight Limitations

Please note that your checked baggage cannot exceed 32 kg per piece. This is in accordance with the local occupational safety rules. Passengers are required to re-pack their baggage if the baggage weight exceeds the limitation per piece as the baggage over 32 kg will not be accepted and must be shipped separately as freight or cargo.

When a passenger presents luggage for which they wish to make a declaration of special value at check-in, the regulations set out below will apply:

- Signature of the excess luggage ticket document
- Verification of the existence of the objects to be covered by the declaration

- Its valuation must exceed 1,000 special drawing rights (approximate equivalent of 1,200 euros).
- Declaration values may not exceed US$5,000 (or the equivalent thereof) per passenger.

For Code Share Flights on UNITED AIRLINES
UNITED AIRLINES allows 1 piece of cabin baggage and 1 personal item for all first, business and economy classes with a maximum dimension per piece of 19 x 31 x 53. This also applies to infants not occupying a seat.
